On Friday 3rd June we held the Jaxon's Journey fundraiser at Pakenham Race Course.
Many thanks to these amazing people who got behind Jaxon and our family to raise funds for Jaxon's trust. Their time, generosity and love warms our hearts and gives us hope.
There are not enough words to express our gratitude to APM who have gone over and beyond setting up Jaxon's trust.
All money raised has enabled Jaxon to undergo intensive therapy, trial different medications, purchase therapy equipment and provide much needed respite for us as a family.
